Wellness 360™
When life changes, it rarely affects just one thing....
A difficult relationship, separation or divorce can leave you lying awake, skipping meals, worrying about money and wondering who you are outside the life you knew.
You’re trying to handle the practical things while making sense of how you feel. It’s a lot.
My Wellness 360™ approach brings these pieces together. Using the model from my IAWP training, we explore twelve connected areas of your life, identify what needs attention and find practical ways to move forward.
From breathing techniques and boundaries to everyday routines and future plans, we build tools to help you cope with stress, adjust to change and begin creating a life you love.
You don’t need to tackle everything at once. We start where you need support most.
Food
When your appetite disappears or food becomes your comfort
When life gets stressful, eating well can be one of the first things to slip. Perhaps you forget meals, can’t face cooking or find yourself reaching for food for comfort.
We explore easy meals, regular eating routines and keeping simple options to hand, so fuelling your body feels manageable. We’ll also notice the feelings behind comfort eating and explore other ways to meet those needs, without guilt or strict food rules.
Body
When you’re exhausted and looking after yourself comes last
You might feel tense, disconnected from your body or too drained to think about exercise. Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock too.
We start with movement that fits your energy and circumstances, a walk, a stretch or something you used to enjoy. Through manageable habits and a kinder approach to your body, we make space for you to feel stronger and enjoy being active again.
Rest
When you’re tired all day but wide awake at night
Your head hits the pillow and suddenly every conversation, worry and unanswered question wants your attention.
We explore what’s getting in the way of rest and try practical approaches such as a wind-down routine, writing worries down earlier and relaxation exercises. We also look at daytime demands and boundaries, so recharging has a place in your life before you reach exhaustion.
Water
When your emotions catch you off guard
One minute you’re getting on with things; the next, a message or memory brings everything back. You may struggle to name what you feel, let alone explain it.
In Wellness 360™, water represents emotional wellbeing as well as hydration. Through journaling, recognising triggers and naming emotions, we explore what you need and how to respond with greater understanding of yourself.
Sun
When you’ve lost your spark
Perhaps you used to be outgoing, decisive or full of ideas. Now you second guess yourself and struggle to remember what you enjoy.
Sun represents personal power as well as sunshine. We use strengths exercises, reflection and small challenges to help you recognise your abilities again. Together, we make room for moments that remind you there’s still plenty of life and personality in you.
Air
When one message sends your stress soaring
Your shoulders tighten, your thoughts race and you’re ready to reply before you’ve had a chance to think.
We practise gentle breathing, grounding and pausing before responding. These tools give you something practical to turn to before a difficult conversation or after an upsetting interaction, helping you create space to choose your next step.
Mindset
When the same thoughts keep going round
“Why wasn’t I enough?” “What if I get it wrong?” “I’ll never be happy again.” Repeated often enough, these thoughts can start to feel like facts.
We practise noticing them, checking the evidence and exploring a more balanced perspective. With reflective exercises and kinder self-talk, you can begin stepping out of familiar thought loops and seeing more possibilities ahead.
Career
When your old working life no longer fits
School runs, new financial responsibilities or changing priorities can make work feel difficult to manage. Or perhaps you’re realising that what once suited you no longer feels fulfilling.
We explore your strengths, practical needs and options. From boundaries in your current role to investigating a new direction, we break the possibilities into achievable steps that fit the life you’re building.
Relationships
When keeping everyone happy is costing you too much
You may find yourself saying yes when you mean no, dreading contact with your ex or trying to support your children while struggling yourself.
We explore boundaries, communication and difficult relationship patterns, with opportunities to practise what you want to say. We also look at who supports you, helping you make room for connections where your needs and feelings matter too.
Finances
When money worries make you want to avoid everything
Letters pile up, unfamiliar figures feel daunting and every decision seems tied to your future. It can be difficult to know where to begin.
We turn the practical tasks into smaller steps: gathering information, clarifying priorities and preparing questions for qualified legal or financial professionals. The aim is to help you feel more organised and ready to take part in those conversations.
Spirituality
When you can’t hear yourself through everyone else’s opinions
You’ve spent so long managing responsibilities and considering other people that you’re unsure what you want anymore. Even quiet time can feel uncomfortable.
This doesn’t have to involve religion. Through reflection, meditation, creativity or time in nature, we explore ways to reconnect with your own values and sense of meaning, giving yourself space to listen without needing every answer straight away.
Purpose
When the future you pictured has disappeared
It’s hard to feel excited about what comes next when it looks nothing like the life you planned. You may know what you don’t want, but have little idea what you do.
We begin there. Through values work, exploring interests and setting small goals, we build a picture of what could feel fulfilling now. New experiences, friendship, meaningful work, adventure, there’s room to discover what you want more of.
From getting through the day to looking forward again
We work with the challenges you’re facing today while making room for the person you’re becoming.
A boundary you finally express. A meal you enjoy. A difficult conversation you feel prepared for. A plan in the diary that makes you smile.
These moments matter. Together, they can become part of a bigger transformation: trusting yourself, enjoying your life and making choices that reflect what matters to you.
You’ve got so much life ahead. Let’s make it feel like yours again.
My coaching draws on my IAWP holistic wellness training and personal experience. It complements medical, therapeutic, legal and financial support rather than replacing it.
